Job Summary

HRIS Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for data entry and support within the HRIS function, ensuring data integrity and assisting with various HRIS tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performs routine administrative tasks and data entry into HCM and Lawson systems
  • Collaborates with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure data accuracy and resolve issues
  • Conducts audits and assessments to identify gaps and propose optimization solutions
Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 2 years of general work experience
  • Experience with data entry into HR systems
  • Minimum of high school diploma; Bachelor's degree or related certification preferred
  • Previous experience with Lawson or Oracle based HRIS systems preferred
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Office Suites
