Job Summary

HRIS Coordinator is a full-time position responsible for data entry and support within the HRIS function, ensuring data integrity and assisting with various HRIS tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine administrative tasks and data entry into HCM and Lawson systems
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to ensure data integrity and resolve issues
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify gaps and propose solutions for optimization
Required Qualifications
  • 1 - 2 years of general work experience, preferably in an HR environment
  • Experience with data entry into HR systems and familiarity with Lawson or Oracle based HRIS systems
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree or related certification is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to work independently and handle challenging situations while meeting deadlines
