Job Summary
Providing data entry and support for HRIS functions, the part-time HRIS Coordinator will ensure data integrity, assist with HCM to S3 (Lawson) interface processes, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine administrative tasks in support of the HRIS team, including data entry into HCM and Lawson systems
- Ensure accuracy and quality assurance of HRIS data, conducting audits and assessments to identify gaps
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to resolve data issues and assist with system administration and reporting
Required qualifications
- 1 - 2 years of general work experience, preferably in a Human Resources department
- Experience with data entry into HR systems, with a preference for Lawson or Oracle based HRIS systems
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree or related certification is preferred
- Excellent computer skills, particularly in intermediate to advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle challenging situations while meeting deadlines
