Job Summary

Providing essential support for HRIS functions, the full-time HRIS Coordinator will manage data entry, ensure data integrity, and assist with system processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Perform routine administrative tasks and data entry in the HCM and Lawson systems
  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to resolve data issues and ensure data integrity
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify gaps and propose solutions for optimization
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of general work experience, preferably in an HR environment
  • Experience with data entry into HR systems and familiarity with Lawson or Oracle-based HRIS
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a Bachelor's degree or related certification is preferred
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and Microsoft Office Suites
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle challenging situations effectively
