HRIS Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Data Analyst to manage and analyze human resources data.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and generate complex reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using the UKG Pro platform
• Collaborate with HR and other programs to understand data needs and maintain data integrity
• Analyze HR data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate degree with 1 year of applicable work experience OR 2 years of applicable work experience
• At least 2 years of experience analyzing datasets using tools like Excel, SQL, or Tableau
• Demonstrated ability to use advanced Microsoft Excel functions
• At least 21 years of age and clearance for TB test and fingerprinting
• Experience in data analysis and reporting for a minimum of 2 years
