Job Summary
To support a large-scale HRIS implementation, the remote HRIS Data Analyst will prepare, validate, and cleanse employee data while ensuring accuracy prior to migration into a new enterprise HR system over a 3+ month contract.
Key responsibilities
- Extract and analyze employee and organizational data from the Insperity HR platform
- Perform data cleanup activities to identify and rectify inconsistencies and inaccuracies in historical employee data
- Support data validation and quality assurance throughout the HRIS implementation process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data validation
- Experience with large datasets and data quality activities
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and established business rules
- Experience within an HRIS or enterprise business system; Insperity experience is a plus
