HRIS Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Director to lead and enhance their HR systems strategy using Workday HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide vision and direction for the HRIS function to align with strategic goals
• Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and performance of Workday
• Lead and manage HRIS projects, including new implementations and upgrades

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, human resources, or related field
• Proficiency in Workday Core HCM and knowledge of additional modules
• At least 10 years of experience in HR system management, with 6+ years in Workday HCM
• Experience with Workday Adaptive is a plus
• Workday Pro HCM certifications are a plus
