Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of HRIS.

Key Responsibilities

Transition the HR Technology team into an agile, product-oriented organization
Establish service intake and triage processes with defined SLAs and prioritization criteria
Oversee key enterprise integrations and lead cutover strategy for Oracle HCM preparation

Required Qualifications

10+ years of leadership experience in HRIS / HR Technology in enterprise-scale environments
Proven success in driving HR technology transformations and building agile operating models
Strong experience in preparing for Oracle HCM implementations, including governance and risk management
Hands-on expertise in HR system integrations and cloud/SaaS architecture
Demonstrated ability to lead offshore support teams and improve service delivery KPIs
