HRIS Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Director to lead the development of its HR systems strategy leveraging Workday HCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide vision and direction for the HRIS function to align with organizational goals
• Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and performance of Workday, ensuring reliability and security
• Lead HRIS projects, implementing process improvements and enhancing user experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, human resources, or related field
• Proficiency in Workday Core HCM and additional modules such as Recruitment and Benefits
• At least 10 years of experience in HR system management, with 6+ years in Workday HCM
• Experience with Workday Adaptive and Workday Pro HCM certifications are a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and demonstrate a service orientation
