HRIS Director

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on HRIS Director, the full-time role will design, build, and scale a modern HR operations function, focusing on HRIS and Shared Services while leveraging AI and automation to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the HRIS function, including technology strategy, governance, and implementation
• Operationalize a centralized HR Shared Services model, emphasizing employee experience and automation
• Serve as the HR functional leader for AI-enabled operations and intelligent automation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive HRIS and/or HR operations experience
• 5+ years leading HRIS, Shared Services, or HR Operations teams
• Proven experience building HR operations or HRIS functions from the ground up
• Deep expertise in HR technology ecosystems, integrations, and service delivery models
