HRIS Director

Job Summary

To drive the optimization of HR technology, the full-time salaried HRIS Director will develop and execute a comprehensive HRIS strategy, oversee system administration, and ensure data integrity while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HRIS strategy and technology roadmap aligned with organizational priorities
• Oversee system configuration, maintenance, and administration, leading upgrades and technology migrations
• Establish data governance standards and implement advanced workforce analytics to enhance HR strategy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field
• 7+ years of progressive HRIS experience with hands-on experience in enterprise HR platforms
• Proficiency in HR data reporting, analytics tools, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets
• Working knowledge of HR-related compliance requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, EEO, FLSA)
• Prior experience in a high-growth, multi-state organization; Dayforce experience preferred
