Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Implementation Lead for a 12-month contract focused on the Workday transition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Workday implementation project lead for The Americas, managing the HRIS implementation plan and timeline
  • Assess and map current data across multiple systems, leading data cleansing and migration efforts
  • Facilitate process discovery workshops to harmonize HR processes and translate regional needs into Workday configuration
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in HRIS project implementation or management, including at least one full-cycle Workday implementation
  • Experience with multiple HR systems, particularly ADP and Greenhouse
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and data management
  • Exceptional project management skills with experience in managing timelines and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience working across acquired businesses or complex integrations is a strong plus
