Job Summary

As a full-time HRIS Integration Specialist working remotely, the candidate will lead the setup and validation of HRIS integrations and SSO configurations, ensuring seamless connections for customers to leverage the leave management platform effectively.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead HRIS integration setup, including data mapping, configuration, testing, and validation for new and existing customers
  • Provide technical support during customer onboarding, delivering product walkthroughs and ensuring ongoing communication throughout the integration process
  • Collaborate with internal teams to document processes, troubleshoot issues, and improve integration capabilities
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience completing HRIS integrations and understanding of HR systems and data flows
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for technical issues and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills, capable of managing multiple customer builds simultaneously
  • Experience with SSO/SAML and familiarity with common HRIS platforms
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of the technical integration function
