HRIS IT System Analyst
Job Summary
Providing daily production support and optimization for HRIS applications, the full-time HRIS IT System Analyst will collaborate with HR and business users to define system functionality, analyze issues, and implement enhancements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the design, development, and maintenance of HRIS and Oracle Fusion applications
- Analyze application data and database structures, and develop complex functional and technical specifications
- Coordinate project activities across teams to ensure successful implementation of system enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IS&T or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Two or more years of experience with computer applications (programming or analysis)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion configuration
- Oracle certification is a plus, with a requirement to obtain certification in the applicable Oracle Fusion module
- 1-2 years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion
