Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead, HRIS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, implement, and maintain HRIS systems, including ATS and performance management platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and recommend system enhancements
  • Develop test plans, conduct systems testing, and ensure the integrity of sensitive data
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 7 years of prior HRIS experience
  • Experience with global HRIS implementations, particularly in recruiting and performance modules
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel and working knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Success Factors, and/or ICIMs preferred
