Job Summary
Providing technical and functional leadership for Workday and related HR systems, the full-time HRIS Lead Analyst will manage complex HRIS initiatives, drive system strategy, and mentor team members in a remote/hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead complex, cross-functional HRIS initiatives, including the implementation of new Workday functionality and major enhancements
- Own and influence the HRIS roadmap by partnering with senior HR and business stakeholders to align system strategy with organizational priorities
- Serve as a primary Workday subject matter expert, providing guidance on configuration, optimization, and best practices across HR domains
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience, including advanced knowledge of two or more Workday modules
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience leading complex HRIS or enterprise system initiatives
- Strong understanding of HR processes, data governance, security concepts, and systems architecture
- Experience with reporting, testing, security design, and process automation within HR technology platforms
