Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Manager responsible for the administration and optimization of the Human Resources Information System.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the UKG Pro system, including configuration and enhancements
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulations while providing analytics and reporting
- Lead HRIS-related projects and provide user support and training for HR and management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of HRIS experience, with 3+ years in UKG Pro administration
- Experience with system implementations and integrations
- Advanced proficiency in UKG Pro configuration and reporting
- HRIS or project management certifications preferred
