Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HRIS Functions, including implementing new modules, managing security, configuring business processes, handling data loads, writing reports, and managing user access
  • Create and execute a Workday Roadmap in partnership with stakeholders to achieve goals on time and within budget
  • Provide daily support by troubleshooting, configuring, managing security, and maintaining reports and dashboards in Workday

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in HRIS or related functions, with 3+ years specifically with Workday HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and advanced reporting
  • Strong technical proficiency in HRIS technology, design, structure, functions, processes, and analytics
  • Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and SOX compliance
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead and manage projects effectively
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative with a focus on driving results
