Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Human Resources Information Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday HRIS
• Manage and support a team of HRIS Analysts to enhance HR processes and system efficiency
• Utilize analytics tools to analyze HRIS data and ensure data integrity and compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of HRIS experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience
• Leadership experience in change management and team development
• Knowledge of HR processes and regulations applicable to system design
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
