Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager-People Systems to oversee various HRIS modules and ensure optimal system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the configuration, optimization, and maintenance of HRIS platforms to align with organizational goals
• Lead system-specific projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources for successful implementation
• Maintain strategic relationships with vendors and stakeholders to ensure system enhancements meet organizational needs

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle
• Comprehensive understanding of HRIS platforms and the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management and user adoption
• Experience in vendor management and negotiating system enhancements
