Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and operation of the Human Resource Information System.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide second tier support for HR & Payroll on HRIS issues
- Monitor and maintain data integrity procedures and processes in HRIS
- Train HR & Payroll on HRIS processes and create reports to meet business and legal requirements
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant working experience
- Prior experience working with UKG system
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
- HR knowledge related to employee life cycle and payroll
- Previous experience with Workday or SOX is preferred
