Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Manager to oversee the design, implementation, and operation of the Human Resource Information System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide second tier support for HR & Payroll on HRIS issues
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity procedures and processes in HRIS
  • Train HR & Payroll on HRIS processes and create reports to meet business and legal requirements
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience
  • Prior experience working with UKG system
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs)
  • HR knowledge related to employee life cycle and payroll
  • Previous experience with Workday or SOX is preferred
