Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Manager to oversee Human Resources Information Systems and lead a small HRIS team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize the HRIS environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Lead HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades and new module implementations
  • Develop and mentor a small HRIS team while fostering a collaborative work environment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources Administration/Management, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience as an HRIS, Payroll, or Data Analyst with technical expertise
  • Significant experience with UKG preferred; familiarity with other systems like Workday or ADP is a plus
  • Advanced configuration, reporting, and data analysis skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of HR information
