Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS Manager to oversee Human Resources Information Systems and lead a small HRIS team.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize the HRIS environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Lead HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades and new module implementations
- Develop and mentor a small HRIS team while fostering a collaborative work environment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Human Resources Administration/Management, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience as an HRIS, Payroll, or Data Analyst with technical expertise
- Significant experience with UKG preferred; familiarity with other systems like Workday or ADP is a plus
- Advanced configuration, reporting, and data analysis skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of HR information
