Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, HRIS to oversee system operations and service delivery for HR systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead post-go-live support for UKG WFM, focusing on timekeeping and absence management
• Assess and implement system enhancements and process improvements
• Manage system security, including user access controls and data integrity audits

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of HRIS experience in a leadership role
• 5+ years of hands-on UKG WFM configuration experience
• Experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) or migration projects is highly desirable
• Proven history of implementing timekeeping system enhancements
