Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, HRIS to oversee system operations and service delivery for HR systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead post-go-live support for UKG WFM, focusing on timekeeping and absence management
- Assess and implement system enhancements and process improvements
- Manage system security, including user access controls and data integrity audits
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 3 years of HRIS experience in a leadership role
- 5+ years of hands-on UKG WFM configuration experience
- Experience with UKG Workforce Central (WFC) or migration projects is highly desirable
- Proven history of implementing timekeeping system enhancements
