• 6-10+ years of HRIS experience with 4+ years in Workday configuration across various modules
• 3+ years of leadership or team management experience
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, data structures, and reporting
• Experience with Workday integrations and release cycles
• Workday Pro certifications or advanced training preferred
