Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Manager to oversee the strategy and execution of global People Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and mentor a team of HRIS Analysts while assessing and improving People Systems
  • Oversee the deployment of new HRIS tools and ensure optimal function of existing systems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify improvements and standardize HRIS processes
Required Qualifications
  • 6-8 years of experience in HRIS, with cloud-based application experience required
  • Prior experience in leading or managing small teams preferred
  • Experience in global companies with a 6-10+ country scope strongly preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HRIS concepts and best practices across various systems
  • Proven experience managing a ticketing or request queue with a focus on user satisfaction
