Job Summary

HRIS Manager, responsible for leading the strategy, optimization, and management of Human Resources Information Systems, primarily focusing on Ceridian Dayforce, in a full-time salaried position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the administration and optimization of Ceridian Dayforce HRIS modules
  • Manage system upgrades, testing, implementations, and integrations
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience with hands-on administration of Ceridian Dayforce
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, data structures, and system integrations
  • Experience supporting multiple HR functional areas such as Payroll and Benefits
  • Experience with HR compliance, data privacy, and audit practices
