Job Summary

Responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day management of Human Resources Information Systems, the full-time HRIS Manager will optimize system performance and ensure compliance across HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead the administration and optimization of ADP Vantage and ADP Workforce Now platforms
  • Develop and execute an HRIS roadmap aligned with organizational growth and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure systems effectively support the full employee lifecycle and collaborate with Payroll leadership for compliance
Required qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HRIS experience in ADP Vantage and/or Workforce Now
  • Experience supporting a large, multi-state healthcare organization is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience enabling HR processes through HR systems
