Job Summary
Responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day management of Human Resources Information Systems, the full-time HRIS Manager will optimize system performance and ensure compliance across HR, payroll, benefits, and workforce management in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the administration and optimization of ADP Vantage and ADP Workforce Now platforms
- Develop and execute an HRIS roadmap aligned with organizational growth and regulatory requirements
- Ensure systems effectively support the full employee lifecycle and collaborate with Payroll leadership for compliance
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HRIS experience in ADP Vantage and/or Workforce Now
- Experience supporting a large, multi-state healthcare organization is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience enabling HR processes through HR systems
