HRIS Manager

Job Summary

Providing hands-on ownership of HR operations, the remote HRIS Manager will optimize the use of ADP Workforce Now, strengthen data integrity, and support compliance-driven processes in a long-term contract position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead administration and continuous improvement of the HRIS environment, focusing on functionality, reporting accuracy, and user adoption within ADP Workforce Now
• Maintain organized and accurate employee data, overseeing personnel record management to support compliance and operational efficiency
• Coordinate HR processes related to onboarding, background screening, and other core employment activities for a geographically dispersed team

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading HRIS administration and HR operations in a senior-level HR role
• Strong working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now and broader HRIS tools, including system configuration and process optimization
• Background supporting PEO relationships and navigating HR processes within outsourced or co-employment environments
• Experience managing HR operations for workforces that include both W-2 employees and 1099 contractors
• Solid understanding of employee records management, compliance requirements, and benefits coordination
