HRIS Manager

Job Summary

As the HRIS Manager, this full-time position will oversee the organization's Human Resource Information System on the Ceridian Dayforce platform, collaborating with stakeholders to automate processes, integrate new entities, and enhance data accuracy in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders to gather system requirements and identify opportunities for workflow optimization
• Create and implement an HRIS project roadmap, managing priorities, deadlines, and resource allocation while communicating timelines and responsibilities
• Provide hands-on support in executing HRIS projects, ensuring data accuracy, system compliance, and integration with other enterprise systems

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of HRIS experience with a strong understanding of human resources policies and procedures
• Expertise in Ceridian Dayforce, including system optimizations, data controls, and building processes
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize complex projects effectively
• Innovative mindset with a focus on change management and process improvement
• Analytical skills to leverage data for identifying trends and driving team actions
