HRIS Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic HR initiatives, the full-time HRIS Manager will oversee system operations, manage a team of HRIS professionals, and collaborate with vendors and internal partners to implement system enhancements and ensure data integrity, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage HRIS capabilities and support business needs, focusing on LMS and operational support for HRIS programs
• Lead HRIS projects, including system upgrades and integrations, while ensuring compliance and quality control standards
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the HRIS team, fostering effective communication and collaboration across departments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 3 years of HRIS leadership experience or related leadership in an HRIS adjacent role
• At least 4 years of experience in vendor management
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Proven analytical skills and ability to manage sensitive information discreetly
