HRIS Manager
Job Summary
To enhance HR processes and technology solutions, the remote HRIS Manager will lead system enhancements, oversee HR technology administration, and manage data integration while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the HR technology roadmap, partnering with HR leadership to improve processes and employee experience
- Administer and optimize the HR technology ecosystem, ensuring systems meet business requirements and operational effectiveness
- Lead HR technology implementations and manage vendor relationships to enhance service delivery and maintain data integrity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HRIS or related business systems, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Demonstrated experience with UKG Pro administration and configuration in an enterprise environment
- Strong understanding of HRIS security, data privacy, and system governance principles
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools, such as Power BI or Tableau
