Job Summary

A company is looking for a HRIS Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the oversight and administration of the HRIS platforms and team
  • Optimize and maintain the Workday system, including training and change management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive system enhancements

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of related experience
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Workday across multiple modules
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with advanced reporting and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
  • Knowledge of integrating Workday with peripheral applications
