Job Summary

A company is looking for a HRIS Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the oversight and administration of the HRIS platforms and team
Optimize and maintain the Workday system, including training and change management
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive system enhancements

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of related experience
Extensive hands-on experience with Workday across multiple modules
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with advanced reporting and analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is a plus
Knowledge of integrating Workday with peripheral applications
