A company is looking for an HRIS Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of their HR technology ecosystem with a focus on UKG.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HR technology roadmap and system governance
• Oversee administration of UKG and related platforms
• Ensure data accuracy and deliver dashboards, analytics, and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 5-7 years of UKG experience (administration + project leadership)
• Experience managing or mentoring HRIS/HR operations staff
• Strong HR process knowledge and reporting/analytics skills
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and data feeds is preferred
