Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS/Payroll Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the HRIS system and payroll processing
  • Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards for data analysis
  • Process payroll and analyze HR survey data to support workforce initiatives


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience with HRIS/Payroll systems, preferably with Rippling, Workday, or UKG
  • Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and complex data modeling
  • Experience in HR reporting, data manipulation, and analytics
  • Hands-on experience with compensation systems and pay pricing projects
