Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS/Payroll Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the HRIS system and payroll processing
- Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards for data analysis
- Process payroll and analyze HR survey data to support workforce initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience with HRIS/Payroll systems, preferably with Rippling, Workday, or UKG
- Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and complex data modeling
- Experience in HR reporting, data manipulation, and analytics
- Hands-on experience with compensation systems and pay pricing projects
