HRIS Payroll IT Analyst
Job Summary
To support the development team, the remote HRIS Payroll IT Analyst will design, develop, and support application solutions while managing small projects and collaborating with senior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop application solutions in alignment with Information Systems strategy
- Analyze, document, and test system solutions while communicating progress with the development team
- Participate in technical requirements and design sessions, contributing to project management efforts
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in the Information Technology environment
- Proficient knowledge of business area being supported
- Experience managing small projects, with healthcare experience preferred
- Project Management Professional and/or related technical certifications preferred
