HRIS Payroll IT Analyst
Job Summary
To support the development team, the remote HRIS Payroll IT Analyst will design, develop, and support application solutions while managing small projects and collaborating with senior team members.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop application solutions to align with Information Systems strategy
- Analyze, document, and test system solutions while communicating progress with the development team
- Participate in technical requirements and design sessions, contributing to project management as needed
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-7 years of experience in the Information Technology environment
- Proficient knowledge of business areas being supported, with healthcare experience preferred
- Basic technical knowledge of development methodologies, programming languages, and databases
- Project Management Professional certification and/or related technical certifications preferred
