HRIS Payroll Systems Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS / Payroll Systems Consultant (UKG Workday).

Key Responsibilities

• Support UKG to Workday HCM implementation, focusing on Payroll and Finance
• Manage and validate payroll data, including quarterly balance pulls and reconciliations
• Ensure accurate payroll processing across PeopleSoft Payroll and UKG environments during transition

Required Qualifications

• Strong experience in HCM systems, with deep knowledge of Payroll
• Hands-on experience with UKG (Payroll, Time & Attendance, Absence)
• Prior experience supporting or working with Workday implementations (Payroll or HCM)
• Experience with PeopleSoft Payroll strongly preferred
• Proven ability to perform quarterly payroll balance pulls and reconciliations
