Job Summary
As a trusted thought partner, the full-time HRIS Principal Analyst will oversee the HRIS environment, ensuring optimal functionality while collaborating with HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll to implement strategic solutions and drive system enhancements in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain optimal functionality and performance for the HRIS environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess business needs, prioritize system enhancements, and coordinate with vendors for implementation
- Lead complex HRIS changes, including redesigns and major configuration overhauls, while defining functional testing strategies
Required qualifications
- Proven experience managing HRIS/ERP systems and delivering strategic solutions
- 10+ years of experience supporting complex HR systems in a multi-state and multi-entity environment
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to architect and implement complex systems
- Oracle Cloud implementation certification is strongly preferred
