HRIS Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading a strategic HR Technology Transformation initiative, the contract HRIS Project Manager will manage multiple workstreams, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communications remotely to ensure project success across HR functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, testing, and deployment of HR technology transformation projects
- Coordinate activities related to Workday impacts and system replacements across various HR functions
- Establish project structure, monitor dependencies, and drive accountability among stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of Enterprise Project Management experience leading technology initiatives
- At least 4+ years' experience delivering HR or People Technology migrations or transformation projects
- Experience managing Core HR Transformation or migration projects, specifically within Workday
- Strong leadership skills in managing multiple workstreams, vendors, and testing processes
- PMP certification preferred
