HRIS Project Manager
Job Summary
Leading a strategic HR Technology Transformation initiative, the remote HRIS Project Manager will manage multiple workstreams, vendor relationships, and stakeholder communications to ensure project success across HR, People Services, and Employee Experience functions on a contract basis.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, testing, and deployment of HR technology transformation projects
- Coordinate activities related to Workday impacts and system replacements across various HR functions
- Establish project structure, monitor dependencies, and drive accountability among multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of Enterprise Project Management experience leading technology initiatives
- At least 4+ years of experience delivering HR or People Technology migrations or transformation projects
- Experience managing Core HR Transformation or migration projects, specifically within Workday
- Strong leadership skills in managing multiple workstreams, vendors, risks, dependencies, testing, and deployment
- PMP certification preferred
