Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS & Reporting Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own Workday functional architecture and configuration, serving as a subject matter expert across all Workday modules
  • Lead release management, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives for the Workday system
  • Design advanced reporting and workforce analytics to support executive decision-making and operational metrics


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Workday functional configuration across multiple HCM modules
  • Experience with cross-functional Workday administration, including security configuration and reporting architecture
  • Proven experience managing Workday release cycles, including testing and validation
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, processes, and applicable compliance requirements
