Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS & Reporting Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday modules, overseeing functional architecture and configuration
  • Lead release management, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives for Workday
  • Design and maintain advanced reporting and workforce analytics to support decision-making
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Workday functional configuration across multiple HCM modules
  • Proven experience managing Workday release cycles, including testing and reporting architecture
  • Strong understanding of HR operations, processes, and applicable compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting multi-country employee populations preferred (U.S., U.K., and Canada)
