Job Summary
A company is looking for an HRIS & Reporting Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday modules, overseeing functional architecture and configuration
- Lead release management, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives for Workday
- Design and maintain advanced reporting and workforce analytics to support decision-making
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Workday functional configuration across multiple HCM modules
- Proven experience managing Workday release cycles, including testing and reporting architecture
- Strong understanding of HR operations, processes, and applicable compliance requirements
- Experience supporting multi-country employee populations preferred (U.S., U.K., and Canada)
