Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS & Reporting Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday modules, overseeing configuration and enhancements
Lead release management, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives for the HRIS
Design and maintain advanced reporting and workforce analytics to support decision-making

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
7+ years of hands-on experience with Workday functional configuration across multiple HCM modules
Experience with Workday administration, including security configuration and reporting architecture
Proven experience managing Workday release cycles and advanced reporting expertise
Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance requirements
