Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS & Reporting Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday modules, overseeing configuration and enhancements
  • Lead release management, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives for the HRIS
  • Design and maintain advanced reporting and workforce analytics to support decision-making
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Workday functional configuration across multiple HCM modules
  • Experience with Workday administration, including security configuration and reporting architecture
  • Proven experience managing Workday release cycles and advanced reporting expertise
  • Strong understanding of HR operations and compliance requirements
