Job Summary
Serving as a technical lead, the full-time remote HRIS Senior Administrator will manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the organization's Human Resources Information Systems, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Support the design, configuration, and deployment of HRIS functionality across various modules, recommending enhancements to streamline workflows
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for system changes and new features, coordinating user acceptance testing and maintaining documentation
- Oversee HRIS biannual release cycles, including feature analysis, impact assessment, and change management processes to ensure governance and quality standards
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Human Resources Management preferred
- 6+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or People Operations roles with strong knowledge of Human Resources and IT
- 3+ years of hands-on Workday HRIS experience, including configuration and involvement in releases and module deployments
- Workday certification in relevant modules preferred
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects in a compliance-driven environment with strong technical and communication skills
