Job Summary
Supporting HCM and reporting modules within Workday, the full-time remote HRIS Senior Analyst will manage system configuration, perform root cause analysis for system issues, and build advanced reports and dashboards while supporting annual HR programs.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain organizational data structures within Workday
- Lead requirements gathering and harmonization of business processes in collaboration with HR teams
- Design, configure, and test various HR modules including Benefits and Compensation
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of HRIS, HR, Payroll, and/or Finance experience
- 3+ years of Workday configuration experience
- Proficiency in at least two Workday modules such as Benefits, Advanced Compensation, or Payroll
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Workday Pro certification is a plus
