HRIS Senior Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting HCM and reporting modules within Workday, the full-time remote HRIS Senior Analyst will manage system configuration, perform root cause analysis for system issues, and build advanced reports and dashboards while supporting annual HR programs.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain organizational data structures within Workday
• Lead requirements gathering and harmonization of business processes in collaboration with HR teams
• Design, configure, and test various HR modules including Benefits and Compensation

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of HRIS, HR, Payroll, and/or Finance experience
• 3+ years of Workday configuration experience
• Proficiency in at least two Workday modules such as Benefits, Advanced Compensation, or Payroll
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Workday Pro certification is a plus
