Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the HRIS Senior Analyst will manage system maintenance, configuration, and user access across the Workday platform, ensuring data integrity and optimal functionality while supporting ongoing implementation and optimization efforts.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned Workday modules, managing system configurations and user access while safeguarding sensitive HR data
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system defects, collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions and keep end-users informed
  • Coordinate bi-annual Workday system releases, including testing new features and communicating impacts to stakeholders
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Systems, or HR Operations roles
  • Workday configuration experience, particularly with the Time Off and Absence module
  • Strong technical aptitude in system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Experience with change management and release management processes
  • Ability to travel to FTI office(s) as needed
