HRIS Senior Analyst
Job Summary
To support a dynamic HR technology environment, the full-time HRIS Senior Analyst will manage advanced configuration, optimization, and ongoing support of HR systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish configuration standards and architect complex HR technology solutions while evaluating enterprise-wide impacts
- Lead the design and support of system enhancements, integrations, and process automation affecting multiple business functions
- Serve as the highest-level functional escalation point for complex system issues, providing expert consultation and technical direction
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience supporting HR technology systems or similar platforms
- Experience configuring and supporting enterprise HR systems such as Workday, LMS platforms, or ServiceNow
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, analytics, or a related field, or 3 years of equivalent experience
- Expert knowledge of HR systems, data structures, and business processes
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
