Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRIS Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary functional Workday expert for HR, applying HR processes effectively within the system
  • Lead requirements-gathering sessions with HR stakeholders to identify business needs and process gaps
  • Develop reports and analytics to support HR operations and decision-making


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Workday Certified in HCM or related modules preferred
  • Five or more years of experience leveraging Workday in a functional capacity
  • Strong knowledge of Workday business processes, configuration concepts, and overall system functionality
  • Experience supporting HR systems within an internal HR function
