Job Summary
As a remote HRIS Solutions Architect, the candidate will design, build, and operate enterprise-grade systems for talent management and HR operations, focusing on integration architecture, data modeling, and API design.
Key responsibilities
- Architect scalable, AI-ready architectures to automate HR processes and enhance capabilities
- Drive the implementation of AI agents and machine learning to improve workflows and insights
- Develop complex integrations and impactful applications using Workday Extend and supported programming languages
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in People Technology solution design and implementation, particularly with Workday
- Deep technical mastery of Workday modules, including HCM and Advanced Compensation
- Hands-on experience with Workday Extend and complex HR ecosystem integrations
- Familiarity with modern engineering practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automated testing
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and navigate ambiguity
