Key Responsibilities

Administer and configure Workday across core modules and support future module readiness
Lead bi-annual Workday releases and manage adoption planning and testing
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business partners to support reporting, documentation, and training

Required Qualifications

2-4 years of hands-on Workday administration experience
Direct experience configuring, testing, and implementing Workday
Familiarity with Business Process Framework and module-specific configuration
Solid understanding of general technology concepts and system lifecycle
Professional and solutions-focused mindset
